To reduce waste in the Good Food System, Southshire Farms is focused on businesses that can turn what are traditionally thought of as food processing byproducts into value-added products—businesses like composting, bone broths, and naturally-tanned sheepskins. Vermont Natural Tanning provides custom tanning services and premium quality skins.
